On November 25, 2022, Benithem achieved a remarkable milestone by clinching the top spot in the prestigious Enterprise 50 awards, an event organized by SME CORP in collaboration with Deloitte Malaysia. Since its inception in 1999, Benithem has remained steadfast in its commitment to producing top-tier office furniture for clients around the globe. In an industry often fixated on price, maintaining a dedication to quality is no small feat. Yet, Benithem has unwaveringly placed quality at the forefront of its operations, allowing us to expand our product reach to over 40 countries worldwide.

It’s not uncommon for foreign clients to express astonishment that a Malaysian company can deliver products of international quality. Our motto, “Let our Quality do the Talking,” reflects our belief that the quality of our products speaks volumes, often more persuasively than our sales representatives. Over time, experience has confirmed the wisdom of our values, demonstrating that quality isn’t limited to our products alone but extends to every facet of our business, including our services.

To qualify for the Enterprise 50, companies must undergo SME CORP’s rigorous SCORE rating system, with only those receiving 4 stars or more being eligible for participation. We take immense pride in being recognized as the first 5-star office furniture factory in Malaysia by our government. To further underline our commitment to quality, our company has achieved ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. ISO 9001 establishes a framework for effective quality management practices, ensuring consistent delivery of products and services that meet customer requirements and regulatory standards. Meanwhile, ISO 14001 addresses environmental management, allowing us to reduce our environmental impact while complying with relevant laws and regulations.

What sets Benithem apart in the industry is our ability to design and manufacture our own product series, each patented and certified to meet European and US standards. Our dedication to setting industry benchmarks aligns with our mission to enhance the well-being of the commercial furniture industry. As a result, our products are not only ergonomic but also ideal for prolonged periods of seating. In line with our focus on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles, Benithem proudly holds the GREENGUARD certification. This certification highlights our commitment to producing products that promote healthier indoor air quality by minimizing the emission of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and other potentially harmful chemicals.

One of our proudest achievements at Benithem is our flagship model, the Zoom chair. With a significant investment of RM1.2 million, we embarked on a journey to create a top-tier ergonomic product dedicated to enhancing work productivity. The design of this chair encompasses 46 meticulous moldings, a testament to our commitment to detail. We ensured that all mechanical components are thoughtfully concealed, resulting in a sleek and uncluttered appearance.

The Zoom chair is a masterpiece of premium craftsmanship. Every component, from the high-quality raw materials to the crucial Italian-brand mechanism, exemplifies our unwavering pursuit of excellence. The metal elements, carefully finished with diecast aluminum and a matte-like dull chrome coating, not only add a touch of elegance but also resist the test of time, appearing virtually impervious to stains.

Further enhancing its allure, the Zoom chair offers a choice of two upholstery finishes: water-resistant fabric or luxurious European-imported leather. This chair isn’t just a piece of furniture; it’s a long-term investment designed to stand the test of time. It embodies true value for money and exemplifies our dedication to providing enduring quality.
