1Can I cancel my order?
Once the order is completed, you are unable to cancel it.
2Can I change my order?
You are able to change your order only in terms of colour selections within 24 hours (not
considering Public Holidays and weekends). Please contact us via
email [email protected] or chat with us through Mobile/ Desktop.
3Can I change my delivery location?
Changing the delivery location is possible with 3 working days prior notice before the
delivery date. Please contact us via email [email protected] or chat with us
through Mobile/ Desktop. If your item has been sent to courier you are not able to change the
shipping address.

2What is the lead time for my orders to be delivered?
West Malaysia (Chairs) - 1 week
West Malaysia (Tables) - 2 weeks
East Malaysia - 2 to 4 weeks
Singapore - 2 to 4 weeks depending on the availability of the truck entering Singapore

3How to track my order?

4How do i find the serial number/ warranty seal on the chair?
Kindly tilt the chair to one side and look for a small stickers underneath the chair at the
mechanism.

1I have some issues regarding the chair delivered, who can i contact for assistance?
2Can I extend my warranty coverage?
Warranty extension is allowed within 2 week from date purchase. Kindly refer
to Complimentary Warranty Extension Request.

4What is the weight capacity of the chair?
All our chairs are BIFMA certified which has a weight capacity of 120kg on seat, not
headrest or armrest.
5Is Benithem chair safe for children?
Yes, our chairs are catered for all ages, not only on working adults.
6Is Benithem chair safe to sit on?
Our chairs are certified by GreenGuard, BIFMA and EN1335.
7How long has Benithem been?
Benithem was established in 1999, starting from manufacturing only office chairs to
corporate seatings to office system.
8Any discount if I order in large quantities?

9How do I disassemble my chair?
We do not recommend our customers to disassemble the chairs on their own as some parts
of the chairs are tricky to handle and may cause it broken while doing so.
